A very large config was not being displayed up
in CSCF (netview).
Problem was that they were only providing a
system buffer of size 2000, and they needed a size
of 2500 to hold it all.
Up on CSCF you'd see just a partial display of the
3172 configuration, without a "forward" key to show
you the rest of the config.
The fix is to create a new buffer pool of size 3008
to hold the larger configs.
