This guide explains what the LEDs indicate. DISKETTE BOOT PROCESS Boot off the diskette :u: This LED indicates a catastrophic failure. During diskette boot, it is probably indicative of a memory, CPU, or I/O slot problem. U3 This is indicative of an unknowen or unexpected failure.
