*   1.This adds the "resp_len" sliding window back in,
*     it was removed in V350, but it is actually needed
*     to allow the ACK frames coming back up to the MVS
*     tcpip to go straight up without waiting for the
*     10 Millisecond timer to pop.
*     This problem can be seen during an FTP from the mainframe
*     out through the 3172 to a remote workstation.
*     The frames flow out until an ACK is needed from the
*     remote, then that ACK comes back in to the 3172.
*     That ACK will be blocked into a channel block and
*     because the resp_len parm is disabled (ie set to 10)
*     that solo frame will have to wait for 10 Milliseconds
*     until the wait timer pops to send the block up to the host.
*     So, you might see these delays accumulate into a slow
*     FTP thru-put.
*     PLXX473 is available that prohibits any broadcast frames
*     from triggering the block release.
*     When you have PLXX473 installed, you can use PLXX472 to
*     set resp_len to 100. So the FTP situation is resolved
*     and the broadcast-frames-triggering the block situation
*     is resolved.

* WHEN CREATING WORKING DISKETTES.
* ERROR DESCRIPTION:
* 3172 Operator Facility hits a SYS3175 at EIP E7B5 CSLIM FB39
* when creating working diskettes. Configuration must have
* been migrated from previous release, and have a parallel channel
* with the SNA management connection configured (NETVIEW).
*
* Also included. The "Trace data path" cmd file was not always
* correct when tracing TCP/IP connections. The statement
* "TRACE FFFFFFFF" without a task name was incorrectly
* inserted at the end of the file.
* LOCAL FIX:
* PLXX455 for ICP 3.5. Also, there is an easy work around for
* this. Edit the failing profile and find the gateway definition
* for the "BOX_MGR" connection. Then select this definition for
* editing (CHANGE) as if you were changing the subchannel.
* Then after bringing up the change panel select OK. (Nothing
* needs to be changed). This should correct the problem
