 EtherStreamer Task (CSP2ETC0.MTX)
 Problem occurs when wrapping a frame back to the
 host software.  Only on Etherstreamer.
 Module is 2.c-WrapFrame().
 We saw this problem with 2 parallel channel adapters,
 both going to one etherstreamer.  Host A could not
 ping Host B.  Since an ethernet adapter cannot transmit
 and receive the simultaneous frame, the etherstreamer
 driver will "wrap" the same frame back to the mainframe.
 This wrap was failing, and the ping times out.
