No video BIOS ROM (probably part of the system BIOS of the target system).

Warning! This is not a standard MCA adapter — it uses NCR's proprietary interface (possibly a local bus). Inserting this adapter into a standard MCA slot will prevent the system from powering up and may damage both the system and the adapter.

NCR took a 16-bit MCA slot w/ AVE and rotated it 180° to prevent insertion into a standard MCA slot. However, this design is flawed, and the adapter can still fit into a regular 16-bit MCA slot.

The power pin spacing on the main 2x45-pin section appears largely consistent with MCA (though ground and voltage assignments have not been confirmed), but the 2x10-pin and 2x11-pin extensions are assigned differently, with power pins shifted by one position.
