Product Specifications Overview -------- The Realtime Control Microcode is the on-board multitasking operating system (ICCAIM.COM) for the adapter's shown below. The Realtime Control Microcode supports user-written application tasks executing on the co-processor adapter while supporting the interface between application programs on the system unit and application tasks on the co-processor adapter. The Realtime Control Microcode supports up to 248 concurrent tasks (1-248) with the execution of these tasks being controlled by the Realtime Control Microcode according to each task's assigned priority. Uncompress and untar the package file Execute the following AIX Command from the temporary directory in which rcm153a.tar.Z resides: zcat rcm153a.tar.Z | tar -xvf - This will extract the file ./icaaim.com. C. In AIX Version 3, copy ./icaaim.com to /etc/microcode In AIX Version 4, copy ./icaaim.com to /usr/lib/microcode 4.
