SW1 Settings
Switch 1 — Address Select; This switch is not used and does not
need to be set.
Switch 2 & 3 — Monitor Type:

Non-Interlaced 60 Hz (H = 48.5 kHz) |

Non-Interlaced 70 Hz (H = 56.18 kHz) |

Switch 4 — Composite Sync: The 15-pin connector includes five
pins that control output to the monitor. Three of these control color (RGB),
while two control horizontal and vertical sync. However, some monitors require
a "composite sync." This means that only four of the outputs are used. This is
accomplished by combining the vertical and horizontal sync on a single pin.
When switch 4 is OFF (default), all five outputs are used and the composite
sync is off. When switch 4 is ON, the composite sync is on and only four
outputs are used.
Note: Switches should be changed with the power
off, since some settings are sensed only when powered on.
