To get a good overview on who is using the IBM MCA SCSI driver, on what
machines, at which places, in which countries and for what purposes, I started
to create this page and the formular below. If you are using the IBM MCA
SCSI driver for Linux, it would be rather helpful to fill out the form below.
As I do not want to know your name or your e-mail address, this is a quite
anonym questionary. The results will be statistically analyzed and presented
on the IBM MCA SCSI page later.
