FastWrite Setting
   The FastWrite cache is used to reduce memory wait states to virtually zero on all memory writes.

Pure Mode Setting
   Pure Mode is used to emulate a pure IBM VGA with no extensions.  To enable access to Radius extensions, Pure Mode must be disabled.
