166XX/167XX Error Codes
      Note: The 5-digit error code begin with 166 if you are testing the PRIMARY adapter or 167 if you are testing an ALTERNATE adapter. 

Message Action
16x80   Invalid testing mode requested Restart the workstation. If problem remains replace the TR adapter. 
16x81   Primary adapter not present at specified base I/O address Ensure unique base address is assigned to adapter. If a unique address was used, restart the workstation. If problem remains replace the TR adapter.
16x82   Alternate adapter not present at specified base I/O address Ensure unique base address is assigned to adapter. If a unique address was used, restart the workstation. If problem remains replace the TR adapter.
16x85   Configuration compare failure- adapter not present at specified base I/O address Ensure unique base address is assigned to adapter. If a unique address was used, restart the workstation. If problem remains replace the TR adapter.
16x90   Adapter Card Test failure  Restart the workstation. If problem remains replace the TR adapter.
16x91   Open Phase Test failure  Restart the workstation. If problem remains, replace the TR adapter.
16x92   Computer problem Run Advanced Diagnostics
16x93   Transmit/Receive Test failure The data recieved is not the same as the data sent Check to see that the network is connected properly. If the network is connected correctly, restart the workstation. If problem remains, replace the TR adapter.
16x99   General error Restart the workstation. If problem remains, replace the TR adapter.
